This project entailed a 10,000 square foot renovation to the existing office space. 14,000 square feet of code updates to existing garage area. A 4,800 square foot maintenance addition, and a 6,000 square foot administrative addition.
Construction included all new finishes, steel, concrete, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and more.
