The building entertains two different dealerships. Fiat a 3,800 square foot renovation, and Maserati a 3,900 square foot renovation.
The entire project included new flooring, metal framing, carpentry, ceilings, drywall, doors, windows, painting, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sprinkler and new exterior framing.
