Spacious aircraft hangar, three classrooms, reciprocating engine piston shop and a turbine engine jet shop.
Additional shop training areas, paint spray booth, administrative space, lunch room, and storage space.
Adjacent to the hangar is a two-bay test cell structure for test-running the engines.
The project achieved a LEED Silver Certification.
