The first building is a new 8,787 square foot metal building maintenance facility.
The exterior of the building is concrete and metal panels and the interior is drywall, flooring, acoustical ceilings and painting.
The second building is a new 4,864 square foot 3-story burn building which was constructed out of precast concrete wall and floor panels.
The burn building is able to endure temperatures of 1500 degrees.
