Project: York Correctional Central Plant & Distribution System – Niantic, CT

Despite strict correctional facility security protocols, active facility logistics, and COVID-19 challenges, PDS achieved a 94% contractor performance evaluation score, met all milestones with zero downtime for occupied buildings, and returned 75% of contingency funds to the owner
