Project Features:

PDS undertook the renovation of two prominent structures: the expansive CDRJ 15,000 Square Foot Showroom Building and the functional CDRJ 13,000 Square Foot Repair Building. The transformation encompassed the installation of Hardie plank siding, standing seam metal roofs, new windows, overhead doors, EIFS, meticulous trim work, and a fresh coat of paint. Inside, our team created new shop bays, modernized offices, equipped conference rooms, established a car pick-up area, upgraded shipping and receiving spaces, introduced a welcoming vestibule, a well-appointed kitchenette, and restrooms. The CDRJ-specific interior finishes added a unique touch to these spaces. Additionally, we enhanced the buildings with top-of-the-line mechanical, electrical, sprinkler, and plumbing systems, ensuring both functionality and aesthetics.
