- PDS completed renovations to two different buildings on this Mitchell Volvo Dealership site. The showroom building was 6,000 square feet and consisted of a new alucobond ACM cladding exterior, flooring, painting, ceilings, LED lighting, HVAC and plumbing. The entire showroom was revamped to a customer friendly lounge and bathroom facilities. The dealership’s administration, finance and sales offices were also renovated. The service building which is 7,000 square feet includes 10 newly renovated service bays, a quick lane, 8 new insulated overhead doors along with a resinous epoxy floor system.
