Project Features:
PDS completed a 35,000 square foot truck maintenance facility primarily including structural steel and precast wall panels. The building is equipped with a mezzanine, fire protection, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, overhead doors and finishes. The extensive sitework extended roughly 20 acres with substantial paving and underground utilities.
