- This project is a newly renovated 17,000 square foot facility. PDS completed the middle connector addition which is 2,500 square feet. PDS’ responsibilities included structural steel, roofing, insulation, metal siding, doors and glass. The connector also included a 25’ curved segment of steel showcasing the front entry.
