PDS is currently in the pre-construction phase of our exciting new project, Chase Hall, located at Southern Connecticut State University. Construction is scheduled to span two years, with the goal of completing this impressive six-story dormitory renovation, which is set to be fully operational and ready for occupancy by 2026.
