PDS served in the role as Design Build Contractor for the construction of a new aviation manufacturing facility.
The facility includes manufacturing and warehouse space, along with office, engineering and conference space.
The facility also includes three 10-ton bridge cranes to handle the movement of equipment and machined products.
The warehouse area is approximately 15,000 square feet and the office area is about 2,000 square feet.
This is a pre-engineered metal building with metal foam siding panels and storefront windows.
