Project Features:
- The project entailed 10 overhead doors, 4’ high concrete kicker wall, clear span, a tool storage area, restrooms, mechanical room and a mezzanine. This pre-engineered metal building is utilized for the town trucks to get serviced daily. Comprehensive programming and design services were provided to replace the existing shed facility with a larger and improved building that includes 10 bays, office space, lockers and restrooms, a training room, tool storage/testing space, and wash down bay with gear wash area.
